The stack-mold sandwich system allows two standard single-sided moulds installed on a single machine to be operated simultaneously.
This is a unique solution to increase the productivity of moulded parts for application in many sectors, as it facilitates the production of high volumes of identical or similar parts at an excellent price-quality ratio.
Our BS STACK system, designed specifically for injection moulding in the automotive industry and beyond, features numerous improvements over previous generations, including:
- different opening strokes – the new connection concept via case with gears and racks enables the simultaneous operation of two moulds with different mould heights and dissimilar opening strokes;
- flexibility – new moulding concept and efficiency with the possibility of running STACK moulds with different cavity sizes and weights, while maintaining the highest quality of the moulded product;
- faster mould changes – all hydraulic utilities are now centralised on the upper part of the central mould-holder to allow fast mould changes;
