Our long-standing experience allows us to have an overview of the functional and design features of the product, even before we have an overview of the mould to be made.
Analysing the product concept is fundamental to highlight any critical issues and aspects to be optimised, so that we can develop an injection mould that fully meets the customer’s needs and is in line with the required quality standards, from a production point of view and in the application of the component.
Following this initial phase, we support the customer in all stages of project development: from codesign and industrialisation, through feasibility analysis, layout definition and mould design, to production, pre-series and testing.
